We went for a late lunch around 2:30pm and the waitress was very kind and did an amazing job. The food came out fast, hot and was delicious. The restaurant had plenty of parking and was easy to find. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.

We were in the mood for Italian and decided to give Nonna Rosa a try. I had no idea it was so easy to get to from my house. They do have veal Parmesan on the menu so I had that. My wife had chicken Parmesan. The sauce was good. The portions were good. The service was fast. We got seated right away on a summer Saturday without a reservation at about 6pm. The place was filling up when we left. Maybe a later crowd. I don’t know. The bread was unique. Everything was delicious. I’d certainly eat here again. Thanks for the great meal!

My compliments to chef Serena. She went well out of her way to make sure our meals were satisfying and delicious. It’s always a good feeling to see staff go above and beyond for the customers. Food was great! Definitely hit the spot for my Italian craving. Enjoyed every bite from appetizers to entree to sides and dessert. :) highly recommend and can’t wait to come back.

I can't love this place enough. I love the decor, the food and the staff. My favorite dish is the Pork Balsamico. UPDATE: it's been years, since the last time I was here. They have been bought and sold twice since then. And I'm happy to say they still are fabulous! I had gnocchi and I'd recommend it! They also have a patio, and that's a plus!

The food was excellent. The waiter was awesome, but it was obvious he was being run ragged; they are very under staffed. The salmon was done very well. The risotto with portobello mushroom was excellent; very flavorful. The margarita pizza was pretty good. Their wine selection is pretty good too. We'll definitely be back.

Came for lunch and our waitress Aurora was great. Service was fast and friendly. I had the tortellini pugliesi, which was amazing, and my brother got the chicken parmigiana, also very good. Dessert was a delicious new hazelnut Krunch cake.

I brought my daughter here for a mother daughter date and it was wonderful! We had so much fun, the food was mouth-watering and delicious! An wonderful date night location! Take a significant other, your family, or one on one time with your child! A tab pricey, but the food is worth it!

Had a great experience at Nonna Rosa's. Nice and quaint restaurant in downtown Robbinsdale with ample parking in their shared lot behind the business. Our waitress, Bridget, was excellent and started us off with drinks from the bar along with a very large plate of fried ravioli as our appetizer. We went with the Gnocchi Vesuviani and Gnocchi Mare Monte as entrees. Both were fantastic. My Mare Monte had a fantastic white wine lemon creme sauce blended into the quarter-sized dumplings along with pancetta and diced asparagus. Quite a treat for the palate! My guest commented on how much he enjoyed the Pomodoro sauce with his Vesuviani. Everything was reasonably priced at 85 for both entrees, side salads, bread, appetizer and bar drinks. If you are looking for a nicely priced Italian restaurant with excellent food and service please try Nonna Rosa's. You won't be disappointed.
